  • I believe women tend to crave sweets around that time, but chocolate really is comforting. It has an effect on the endorphines in our brains. Just pace yourself, savor some small pieces of chocolate. Don’t ‘eat’ it, just let it melt deliciously in your mouth. Make it last as long as you can. It’s an art, eating chocolate. :)
